Applicants are encouraged to plan ahead and submit a completed application to meet the above submission dates. Canby Educational Foundation (CEF) may choose to consider special grant requests during interim funding periods on a case by case basis. Applicants are invited to attend the presentation meeting to review requests and answer any inquiries the Board may have. Please call Maureen Callahan, District Liaison to the CEF Board, if you need help with your Grant Application.
Grant approval is at the discretion of the CEF Board of Directors and is subject to availability of funds. For the 2011-2012 school year, the Foundation has a limited amount budgeted for grant awards. Funds for projects approved will be available through Canby School District requisition forms. CEF then reimburses the District.

The Canby Educational Foundation gratefully accepts donations of any size to support its efforts on behalf of the Canby School District. We will mail a receipt to you for your tax records. Please send donations payable to the foundation to: Canby Educational Foundation, PO Box 1271 Canby, OR 97013
